We're looking for a
Partner Manager – Demand
to strengthen and grow our demand-side relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of
strategic client management, campaign optimization, and revenue ownership
—with hands-on involvement in day-to-day execution.

What You'll Do

  • Manage relationships with agencies, brands, and trading desks as the
    primary point of contact
    for demand partners.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to
    onboard new clients
    and scale existing accounts to achieve revenue targets.
  • Oversee
    campaign setup, launch, and performance
    across mobile, video, and in-app environments.
  • Deliver
    data-driven insights and optimizations
    that improve campaign ROI and partner satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot
    pacing, delivery, and performance
    issues in coordination with Operations and Product teams.
  • Track and report on
    revenue performance, client growth opportunities, and market feedback
    .
  • Lead client business reviews and build
    trusted, long-term partnerships
    with demand clients.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years
    of experience in
    programmatic advertising, mobile marketing, or AdTech
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    DSPs, SSPs, RTB mechanics
    , and agency/trading desk operations.
  • Proven record of
    client retention, relationship building, and revenue growth
    .
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to
    translate data into actionable insights
    .
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both technical and business-oriented.
  • A proactive, collaborative team player who thrives in a
    fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
    .
  • Based in or willing to relocate to
    Pune
    .
