Role Overview

As an SAP IBP Demand Planning Consultant
, you will play a key role in the end-to-end
implementation and rollout
of SAP IBP Demand Planning solutions across new geographies. This is a
hands-on consulting
role ideal for professionals looking to deepen their practical experience in a
hybrid international environment
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    implementation and rollout
    of SAP IBP Demand Planning in new global markets.
  • Configure and support IBP Demand Planning modules to meet evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with global
    demand planners
    , business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions.
  • Support all phases of the project lifecycle:
    scoping, blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live
    , and
    hypercare
    .
  • Conduct
    training sessions and workshops
    to support user adoption and change management.
  • Ensure alignment with
    global business processes
    and drive consistency across implementations.
  • Work cross-functionally with global IT and business teams.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years
    of hands-on experience with
    SAP IBP Demand Planning
    (configuration + implementation).
  • Proven track record in
    end-to-end IBP implementation or rollout projects
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    demand planning processes
    ,
    statistical forecasting
    , and SAP IBP functionalities.
  • Experience in
    multinational
    or cross-geography projects is preferred.
  • Strong
    communication, stakeholder engagement
    , and
    problem-solving skills
    .
  • Comfortable working in a
    hybrid model
    with collaboration across time zones.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
