Job Scope: We are looking for a Demand Generation Lead to design and execute strategies that fuel Opus growth engine. This role will drive new customer acquisition, expand account-based growth, and build scalable programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • New Logo Acquisition: Plan and run demand generation campaigns targeting new logos in payments, banking and fintech.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and execute ABM programs for strategic accounts - Top 5
  • Database Building: Build and manage high-quality lists of prospects and decision-makers.
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop integrated multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, events, webinars).
  • Performance Tracking: Own demand funnel metrics and collaborate with sales to drive qualified leads.
  • Partnerships: Work with sales, content, and design to ensure aligned messaging and impact.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of demand generation experience in B2B/IT services.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and digital channels.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable pipeline growth.
  • Excellent project management and analytical skills.
  • Degree in marketing, business, or related field.
