Experience - 20 to 25 Years
Location - Pune
Job Description:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the controls and instrumentation industry.
- Strong understanding of automation systems, process control, and instrumentation products.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Experience with local and Global customers.
- Lead the strategic planning and budgeting process for the sales department, collaborating with finance to ensure alignment with overall company P&L goals.
- Team handling experience of more than 10.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and market trends
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports.
- Pricing and Contract Negotiation.
- Application Engineering expertise.
- Standards Exposure: ASTM, ISO, SAE, IS.
- Extensive travel both local and Global.
Candidate should have experience in below products
Fittings: Single and Double Ferrule, various kinds of fittings like threaded, welded, O-ring face seal, etc.
- Valves: Needle, Ball, Double Block and Bleed, Gate, globe, check, etc)
- Hoses: Oil, Gas/Pneumatic, HL2/HL3 certified.
- Tubing: Bending of the tubes for various purposes.
