Job Description:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the controls and instrumentation industry.
  • Strong understanding of automation systems, process control, and instrumentation products.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Experience with local and Global customers.
  • Lead the strategic planning and budgeting process for the sales department, collaborating with finance to ensure alignment with overall company P&L goals.
  • Team handling experience of more than 10.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance and market trends
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports.
  • Pricing and Contract Negotiation.
  • Application Engineering expertise.
  • Standards Exposure: ASTM, ISO, SAE, IS.
  • Extensive travel both local and Global.
  • Candidate should have experience in below products

  • Fittings: Single and Double Ferrule, various kinds of fittings like threaded, welded, O-ring face seal, etc.

  • Valves: Needle, Ball, Double Block and Bleed, Gate, globe, check, etc)
  • Hoses: Oil, Gas/Pneumatic, HL2/HL3 certified.
  • Tubing: Bending of the tubes for various purposes.
