Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth by generating high-quality leads and converting them into long-term clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in lead generation, Upwork bidding, client communication, and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Manage and optimize lead generation strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Handle Upwork profiles, including bidding, proposal writing, and client follow-ups.
  • Conduct client calls, understand requirements, and present company services effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery after deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Business Development role.
  • Proven expertise in lead generation and sales pipeline management.
  • Strong experience with Upwork bidding and client handling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and in an onsite Mohali office.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT services or digital marketing sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
