Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth by generating high-quality leads and converting them into long-term clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in lead generation, Upwork bidding, client communication, and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Manage and optimize lead generation strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Handle Upwork profiles, including bidding, proposal writing, and client follow-ups.
- Conduct client calls, understand requirements, and present company services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery after deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Business Development role.
- Proven expertise in lead generation and sales pipeline management.
- Strong experience with Upwork bidding and client handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and in an onsite Mohali office.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT services or digital marketing sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
