Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, acquire new customers, and build long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a proven ability to close deals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, challenges, and buying timelines.
- Deliver tailored presentations, pitches, and product/service demos.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and secure signed contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
