
Office Administrator

We are seeking an Experienced (Preferably 3-10 years) and highly organized bold, confident Office Admin to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for recruiting and handle general administrative tasks related to office operations. You will collaborate closely with our engineering teams with respect to collecting of DPR(Daily Progress Reports), material inwards and other documents from all the Construction Sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management:
- Supervise daily office activities, including managing office supplies, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Document Management:
- Maintain and update official records, documents, and files in both physical and digital formats.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding document retention and confidentiality.
- Prepare and process official correspondence, reports, and memos.
- Budget and Finance Administration:
- Assist in managing office budgets and financial records, including processing invoices and managing petty cash.
- Track expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies and equipment within budget limits.
- Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between office staff, architects, engineers and the public.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in audits or inspections as required.
- Technology Use:
- Operate office technology such as computers, fax machines, scanners, and phone systems.
Education & Experience: Any degree is preferable but should have good knowledge in office documentation and administration.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
