Job Description:

  • Lead and Manage team of Medical Representatives within the assigned Area.
  • Conduct Regular performance evaluations of marketing team members.
  • Providing Coaching, Training and Mentorship to enhance the team's skill and performance.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors activities and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional activities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Conduct Regular meeting with the sales team to communicate goals, expectations and updates.
  • Faster a positive and collaborative work culture within the sales team.

Location: Chennai

Qualification:
B.pharm OR MBA OR Any graduate with more experience in Pharma sales

Experience:
3 to 8 years
