Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales operations in designated areas. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with developers, builders, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and ensure achievement of sales targets. The role requires collaboration with the marketing team and participation in promotional activities to enhance sales penetration.

Qualifications

  • Sales Management, Business Development, and Sales Strategy skills
  • Experience in relationship management with developers and builders
  • Strong understanding of the housing finance sector and finance products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis, sales reporting, and performance monitoring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
