Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves tracking sales metrics and preparing detailed sales reports.

Qualifications

  • Sales Management and Business Development skills
  • Knowledge of Equities, Derivatives, Currency, Commodities, IPO, and Mutual Funds
  • Strong understanding of market trends and investment options
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the stockbroking industry is a plus
