Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Channel Partner Manager to identify, onboard, and manage potential DSAs (Direct Sales Associates) and channel partners in the open market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with new and existing partners, driving business targets, and providing operational support to achieve monthly sales targets in the mortgage sector (Home Loans and LAP). Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Identification & Onboarding: Identify and onboard potential DSAs and channel partners from the open market to drive business growth.
  • Relationship Management: Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing partners to drive consistent business growth.
  • Operational Support: Provide day-to-day operational support to channel partners, ensuring smooth processes and efficient service.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Responsible for meeting monthly sales targets and business metrics, while driving business performance through effective partner management.
Job Requirements:
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and drive business outcomes.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in an NBFC, specifically in DSAs and channel partner management, with a focus on mortgages (Home Loans and LAP) is preferred.
  • Local Network & Conveyance: Strong local industry network and access to conveyance will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Regional Language Proficiency: Fluency in the regional language will be an added benefit to enhance communication with local partners.

  • Minimum qualification of a graduate (any stream).
