Regional Sales Marketing Manager

We're planning to organize
community-level events
in apartment societies — engaging festivals, flea markets, or cultural gatherings where we set up
stalls and brand activations
for local businesses. The goal is to create meaningful, small-scale events that connect residents with local brands.
Your Role:
- Approach apartment communities and secure permissions to conduct events.
- Onboard stalls, brands, or local vendors who'll pay participation fees.
- Coordinate with the Sarvasutra team for event planning and support.
- Manage on-ground execution on event day along with Sarvasutra team.
Engagement Model (First 3 Months – Pilot Phase):
To make this partnership mutually beneficial during our early stage, we'll start on a
performance-based model
for the first 3 months:
- No fixed monthly salary during this phase.
- You'll receive a
commission based on the total net profit
generated each month.
- 15% commission
if the total net profit is below ₹50,000.
- 20% commission
if the total net profit is between ₹50,000 and ₹1,00,000.
- 25% commission
if total net profit exceeds ₹1,00,000.
- All event-related costs (marketing, permissions, creatives, banners, logistics, etc.) will be handled by Sarvasutra.
After the first 2–3 successful months, we'll evaluate the progress and shift to a
fixed salary + incentive
structure. The salary will be decided based on the scale and consistency of events you manage.
If this model works well, in future you'll take charge as the
City Lead – Vizag
, managing local teams, vendor relationships, and recurring events for Sarvasutra.
