About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Sr. Sales Manager
to lead our Solar Sales operations in
Visakhapatnam
. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
channel sales, field sales, and distribution management
within the solar industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage channel partners, distributors, and dealers to drive solar product sales.
- Plan and execute field sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with distributors, dealers, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand channel networks.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback for business growth.
- Ensure timely distribution and product availability across the region.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates for management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience
in channel sales, distribution, and field sales in the
solar industry
(mandatory). - Strong network with distributors, dealers, and channel partners in the renewable energy/solar sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
