Role Overview

We are looking for a 
Sales & Marketing Manager
 to lead our regional operations in 
Vizag
. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in 
solar or energy product sales
, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop marketing strategies that generate consistent leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies for Mierae Solar rooftop systems.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct and indirect channels.
  • Build, train, and manage a team of field executives and telecallers for lead generation and follow-ups.
  • Conduct customer visits, site assessments, and promotional campaigns to increase awareness.
  • Manage partnerships with housing societies, builders, and local vendors for lead acquisition.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and operations teams for campaign execution and service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecast data, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience from inquiry to installation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years
     of 
    pure sales and marketing experience
     (preferably in real estate, fmcg, fintech, solar, renewable energy, or consumer durables).
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Telugu (mandatory).
  • Basic understanding of solar products, subsidy processes, and government schemes is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Must be based in 
    Vizag
    .
