Post-Sales Executive

We are seeking a Post-Sales Executive/Engineer to join our team and ensure customer satisfaction after the sales process. The role involves customer on boarding, technical support, service delivery, and relationship management to drive long-term business growth and client retention.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after product/service delivery.
- Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolution of customer issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, and accounts) to address client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service reports, and escalations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Administration (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, technical service, or post-sales role.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹ ₹500.00 per day
