About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves working closely with prospective clients during the sales cycle to understand their business requirements, demonstrate SaaS product capabilities, and provide consultative solutions. Post-sale, the role focuses on smooth onboarding, training, account management, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales
- Engage with potential clients to understand business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Conduct SaaS product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create customized proposals and solutions.
- Assist in preparing RFPs/RFIs and technical documentation.
- Provide input on client feedback to product and tech teams for solution improvements.
Post-Sales
- Manage client onboarding and training sessions to ensure effective adoption of the SaaS platform.
- Build strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Resolve client issues in collaboration with support and technical teams.
- Monitor customer usage, adoption trends, and satisfaction levels.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth.
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement to reduce churn and maximize retention.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in pre-sales / post-sales / customer success roles within a SaaS environment.
- Strong presentation, communication, and client engagement skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple terms.
- Experience in CRM tools, SaaS platforms, and customer success tools is a plus.
- Problem-solving attitude with customer-first mindset.
