Account Executive (SAAS Sales) - Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive with a strong background in SaaS sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the end-to-end sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Experience Required: 2 to 4 years in SaaS Sales or Enterprise Software Sales. Location: Work from Office- Koramangala, Bangalore Timings: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST Key Responsibilities● Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.● Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and outbound activities.● Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our SaaS solutions.● Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Success, and Product) to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.● Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.● Accurately forecast and report on sales performance and pipeline activities. Requirements● Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer pain points.● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.● Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet aggressive targets.● Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills● Knowledge of enterprise software solutions.● Prior experience in handling mid-market or SMB accounts.● Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling techniques.
