Property Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing expert advice and personalized service throughout the buying or selling process.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, pricing, and competitive landscape; provide clients with up-to-date market information.
- Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers; arrange property viewings and open houses.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions on behalf of clients; ensure all agreements are executed smoothly.
- Manage the preparation and processing of all necessary documentation and contracts related to property transactions.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally; provide excellent post-sale support.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in real estate; demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends, property valuation, and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
