Role Overview
Equitas Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Customer Service Manager (Gold Loan)
to oversee branch-level operations and ensure excellence in customer service delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing gold loan operations, maintaining compliance standards, and driving business growth through superior relationship management and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end
Gold Loan operations
including appraisal, disbursement, and repayments. - Ensure strict adherence to
KYC norms, lending policies, and risk management procedures
. - Lead and motivate branch staff to deliver superior
customer experience
and meet service standards. - Drive
business growth
through cross-selling of other banking products and proactive customer engagement. - Maintain high standards of
audit compliance
and operational efficiency. - Monitor and resolve
customer grievances
promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention. - Coordinate with regional and central teams for
policy implementation
and process improvements.
Requirements
- Education:
Graduate (MBA preferred). - Experience:
3–6 years of experience in
Gold Loan or Retail Banking
. - Proven track record in
branch operations, customer service, and business development
. - Excellent
communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
. - Strong understanding of
gold valuation, custody procedures, and risk assessment
