Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a National Sales Manager position. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales strategy, managing client accounts, and expanding the customer base in national and international markets. Key responsibilities include developing business plans, driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, optimizing budgets, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Planning, Sales development, and building client acquisition strategies
- Strong skills in Account Management and fostering long-term client relationships
- Experience in Team Management and mentoring sales teams to achieve objectives
- Expertise in Budgeting and resource allocation to maximize profitability
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Proven track record in managing national or international sales operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Knowledge of aerospace and defense industry practices will be an added advantage
