Roles and Responsibility
·
Develop Sales Strategies
:
Create and implement national sales plans and strategies to meet business objectives and revenue goals.
·
Team Leadership
:
Lead, motivate, and manage regional sales managers and their teams to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
·
Market Analysis
:
Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
·
Client Relationship Management
:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and potential business partners.
·
Sales Operations
:
Oversee national sales operations, set targets, manage budgets, and ensure consistent sales processes across all territories.
·
Cross-Functional Collaboration
:
Work with other departments, such as marketing, Technical Sales, Product Managers to ensure sales strategies align with overall business goals.
·
Reporting
:
Conduct sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and report on progress to senior leadership.
Business development
·
Manage key accounts:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with major clients and strategic national partners.
·
Identify new business:
Seek out and acquire new customers while also developing strategies to "upsell" and expand business with existing customers.
·
Negotiate and close deals:
Lead the negotiation and closing of agreements with major customers and partners, often with support from legal or other departments.
Coordination and reporting
·
Collaborate cross-functionally:
Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product, and finance, to ensure sales efforts are aligned and supported.
·
Report to leadership:
Provide regular reports and presentations on national sales performance, initiatives, and forecasts to senior management and executive leadership.
·
Address customer issues:
Handle complex client queries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Representation and Travel
·
Represent the company:
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events to network and represent the company.
·
Travel extensively:
Frequently travel to different regions to meet with regional managers, sales teams, and key clients across the country.
Qualifications & Skills
·
Education
:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Post Graduate in Business Administration / Marketing
·
Experience
:
Proven experience as a National Sales Manager, with a strong track record of sales success and leadership in the CCTV Surveillance / Security Domain.
·
Leadership & Motivation
:
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
·
Communication & Negotiation
:
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with excellent negotiation abilities.
·
Analytical Skills
:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales data and develop effective strategies.

Networking
:
Ability to network with clients and partners to develop long-term business relationships.
