Our state-of-the-art water analyzers and data analytics solutions, help Municipalities and Government agencies ensure safe and clean water for communities.Ensuring Water Quality for people in IndiaWe are expanding our presence in India and seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to lead our high-performance team to enable State/Central Municipal Water departments, Municipal Corporation, Municipalities, PHEDs (Public Health Engineering Departments), Various Urban and rural water boards, and consultant firms to adopt our solutions.Role- National Sales Manager - MunicipalLocation: Bengaluru / Mumbai / Delhi / State capitals in India .The associate will be responsible to lead a high-performance sales team to achieve consistent revenue growth across India for Govt sector for water in a compliant manner.Develop opportunities across Water departments at Centre, State, Municipal Corporations, Municipalities, Public Health Engineering Departments, Urban and Rural water boards and consultantsDiscover opportunities at early stages, build partnerships with Consultants Civil Contractors, Electro-Mechanical Partners, Level-1 & Level-2 Electrical & Instrumentation Contractors, Automation System Partners & Authorized Distributors.This position requires an in-depth understanding and hands-on experience in Water sector, and strong sales leadership skills.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all business is conducted in a fully compliant manner, proactively mitigate business risks, meet all legal and statutory requirementsCreate a medium-term growth vision for India, develop go-to-market strategy, execute action plans to exceed expectationsBuild aspirational business KPI for the team to achieve sustainable resultsDrive rigorous business processes using Veralto Enterprise Systems (VES), Develop and manage a robust sales funnel to drive customer retention and competitive winsAchieve weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual orders & revenue growth objectivesCreate an agile, nimble & scalable functional structure toDevelop team competencies and provide them with appropriate career growth pathCollaborate internally to achieve highest standards of customer satisfaction and meet customer's application requirements.Develop & Nurture relationships with Strategic AccountsIn collaboration with marketing team, ensure highest visibility of Hach solutions with key stakeholdersStay insightful and leverage key market as well as competitor intelligenceEmbrace Veralto values and build high performance teams as well as continuous improvement culture.QualificationsGraduation in Chemistry / Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering.Post Graduation in Business Management is an advantageTRAVEL (REQUIRED ESTIMATED % OF TIME) : 70-80% and should be open for relocation.Required ExpereinceExperience of years in sales & business development with Govt Water and Public Infrastructure Sectors.Soft Skills & CompetenciesTrust - High on integrity, compliance, transparency & trustInsights – Eager to apply expertise & insights to support teamTeam – collaborate with associates and business partners to ensure world class customer experienceResults – motivate team to deliver results in a compliant mannerContinuous Improvement attitudePro-active, Agile, multi-taskingProficiency in CRM (SFDC), MS Office, and other sales tools.Willingness to relocate based on business requirementWhat we offer-Competitive renumeration with performance-based incentives.
