Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong track record in software or IT sales. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through LinkedIn prospecting, cold calls, and strategic networking.

· Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.

· Conduct software demos, presentations, and client meetings to showcase Oravco's solutions.

· Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

· Build and maintain long term client relationships with key decision makers.

· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

· Maintain accurate sales data, pipelines, and reports using CRM tools.

Requirements

· 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B software or IT solution sales.

· Strong understanding of SaaS products, CRM systems, and digital transformation solutions.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast paced environment.

· Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead management platforms.
