Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Key Account Executive. The Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing major client accounts, establishing and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic account plans, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, analyzing account performance, identifying upsell opportunities, and providing clients with best-in-class service and assistance.
