Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting insurance products to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients for insurance product offerings.
Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate insurance plans (Life, Health, Motor, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Generate leads through various channels (field visits, cold calling, referrals, social media, etc.).
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the underwriting and operations team for smooth policy issuance.
Maintain client data and activity records using CRM tools.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in sales/insurance/financial services is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
Own two-wheeler (preferred) and willingness to travel locally. What We Offer:
