Position Overview
We are looking for a
dynamic and driven Account Servicing Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
managing client accounts
,
building strong relationships
, and ensuring the seamless execution of communication campaigns. This role requires close collaboration with internal creative, digital, and production teams to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the
primary point of contact
for assigned client accounts, maintaining regular communication and addressing client queries promptly. - Develop a strong understanding of each client's
business objectives, industry landscape

target audience
to provide strategic insights and recommendations. - Collaborate
with creative, digital, and production teams to develop and execute integrated communication strategies and campaigns. - Manage
project timelines, budgets, and resources
to ensure timely, profitable, and high-quality project delivery. - Track
campaign performance and key metrics
, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations. - Identify opportunities for
account growth and service expansion
, proactively presenting upselling opportunities. - Stay updated with
industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
to offer innovative, cutting-edge solutions. - Build and nurture
long-term client relationships
, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. - Coordinate and manage
media outreach
across lifestyle, mainline, and tech media on a pan-India level.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Communications, Business
, or a related field. - 1–2 years of experience in
account management, client servicing, or communications
(agency experience preferred). - Strong understanding of
branding, communication principles, and marketing strategies
. - Excellent
interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
. - Strategic thinker
with creative problem-solving abilities. - Strong
project management

multitasking
skills. - Proven ability to
work collaboratively
