Position Overview

We are looking for a
dynamic and driven Account Servicing Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
managing client accounts

building strong relationships
, and ensuring the seamless execution of communication campaigns. This role requires close collaboration with internal creative, digital, and production teams to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the
    primary point of contact
    for assigned client accounts, maintaining regular communication and addressing client queries promptly.
  • Develop a strong understanding of each client's
    business objectives, industry landscape

    target audience
    to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate
    with creative, digital, and production teams to develop and execute integrated communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage
    project timelines, budgets, and resources
    to ensure timely, profitable, and high-quality project delivery.
  • Track
    campaign performance and key metrics
    , providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for
    account growth and service expansion

  • Build and nurture

  • Coordinate and manage

    across lifestyle, mainline, and tech media on a pan-India level.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Communications, Business
    , or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in
    account management, client servicing, or communications
    (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of
    branding, communication principles, and marketing strategies
    .
  • Excellent
    interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
    .
  • Strategic thinker
    with creative problem-solving abilities.
