Position - Customer Service Representative

Location - BKC, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email and chat.
  • Provide detailed information about products, pricing, order status and brand values.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns/exchanges.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lab-grown diamonds, jewellery care and current promotions.
  • Liaise with internal teams (sales, logistics, design) to resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Gather and share customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate.
