We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commis I - Tandoor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and experience working with tandoors.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using tandoors, including pizzas, bread, and other Italian cuisine.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Develop new recipes and menus to keep culinary offerings fresh.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Commis I - Tandoor or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail and quality standards.
