Role Overview
We're looking for a visionary sales leader with hands-on experience in creating and scaling structured sales systems. The
Head of Sales
will not only drive revenue but also architect the processes, teams, and strategies that fuel the growth of Cureocity. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in building from scratch, aligns with the healthcare industry, and is enthusiastic about being part of an emerging, fast-moving team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a complete sales framework tailored for Cureocity's offline centres.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team from the ground up.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, sales playbooks, and operational processes.
- Drive lead generation, conversion, and customer retention strategies.
- Identify and develop partnerships that accelerate brand growth.
- Align closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure cohesive execution.
- Track, measure, and optimize sales performance across all channels.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven sales leadership experience, preferably in
healthcare, healthtech, wellness, or service-driven industries
. - Demonstrated success in
creating and implementing structured sales systems
. - Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on execution mindset.
- Experience in scaling teams and operations for offline/retail centres or multi-location businesses is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Enthusiastic about working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
