Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating quality leads, building and managing a portfolio of client accounts, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The position will require collaboration with the sales and R&D teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to actively identify and pursue potential clients.
  • Expertise in Business acumen and Account Management to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, chemical, or specialty chemical industry is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment at the Navi Mumbai location.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
