Cleanchem Laboratories LLP is an independent, research-driven organization specializing in custom manufacturing for various industries, including pharmaceutical, chemical, clinical research, and healthcare. The company delivers high-quality solutions such as impurity reference standards, metabolites, building blocks, and specialty chemicals tailored for biomedical and pharmaceutical research. Cleanchem also provides in-house reference standards, supported by advanced Certificates of Analysis (CoA), and specializes in custom synthesis of pharmaceutical and agrochemical intermediates. Located in Navi Mumbai, India, the company is known for its commitment to excellence and innovation in contract research and manufacturing services (CRAMS).
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating quality leads, building and managing a portfolio of client accounts, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The position will require collaboration with the sales and R&D teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to actively identify and pursue potential clients.
- Expertise in Business acumen and Account Management to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, chemical, or specialty chemical industry is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment at the Navi Mumbai location.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
