  • Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure all departments (e.g., front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, recreation, maintenance) function efficiently and provide high-quality service.
  • Staff management: Hire, train, and supervise staff, create schedules, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Financial management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, track financial performance, and control costs to meet profitability targets.
  • Guest relations: Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Marketing and events: Coordinate with sales and marketing teams on promotional activities, and organize and oversee special events and functions.
  • Maintenance and safety: Ensure the property is well-maintained and compliant with all health, safety, and local regulations.
  • Strategic planning: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost control
  • Experience with reservation management systems and other relevant software
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Experience in hospitality management, and often a business degree

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
