**Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service & Operations**:
- Welcome and greet guests, ensuring a warm and professional dining experience.
- Take and confirm reservations, manage table assignments, and oversee seating arrangements.
- Assist guests with menu selections, upselling food and beverage options where appropriate.
- Ensure efficient and smooth restaurant operations, coordinating between kitchen and service staff.
**Team Supervision & Training**:
- Lead, train, and mentor waitstaff to maintain high service standards.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely service delivery.
- Conduct briefings before service to update staff on menu changes, specials, and VIP guests.
**Order & Service Management**:
- Ensure accurate order taking and smooth communication between the kitchen and service staff.
- Monitor food and beverage service to ensure timely and proper presentation.
- Handle guest complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Quality & Hygiene Compliance**:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of table settings, cutlery, and glassware to ensure quality.
- Ensure compliance with hotel/resort SOPs and food safety regulations.
**Sales & Revenue Contribution**:
- Promote special offers, signature dishes, and premium beverages to enhance sales.
- Monitor guest feedback and suggest menu improvements to management.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste.
**Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience**:
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, restaurant operations, and guest handling.
**Key Skills**:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good knowledge of restaurant etiquette and menu items.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
