Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:

  • Define and execute the national strategy for home loan business aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including untapped markets and customer segments.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive sales and distribution strategy across all zones (North, South, East, West).
  • Build and manage a robust channel network (DSAs, connectors, builders, etc.).
  • Monitor and achieve disbursement targets, portfolio growth, and profitability KPIs.

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage Zonal/Regional Sales Heads, Cluster Heads, and other key personnel.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture with a focus on capability building and employee engagement.

Risk & Compliance:

  • Ensure credit quality and adherence to risk management guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the risk and compliance teams to maintain regulatory and internal compliance.

Customer Experience:

  • Enhance customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Streamline application-to-disbursal processes to improve turnaround times and service delivery.

Partnerships & Alliances:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders like developers, financial institutions, aggregators, etc.

MIS & Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, delinquency trends, and market intelligence.
  • Present periodic reports to senior leadership on business performance and strategic initiatives.

Pay: ₹3,000, ₹4,000,000.00 per year
