Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented National Sales Manager to lead our retail sales operations across India. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in managing retail store sales, with a strong background in the modular or hardware industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to drive sales growth and manage a high-performing sales team across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team across PAN India, ensuring high levels of performance and motivation.
  • Oversee operations and sales performance across retail stores, ensuring consistency in customer experience and service standards.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive sales KPIs, monitor targets, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and reporting requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • MBA from a Tier 1 or 2 Institute with at least 5-7 years of experience in the modular / hardware industry (e.g., modular kitchens, wardrobes, storage solutions).
  • Experience working in or closely with retail store operations and sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, planning, forecasting, and execution.
  • Proven team handling and leadership experience.
  • Experience managing PAN India sales operations and regional teams.
  • Candidates from the hardware industry will also be considered if they meet other criteria.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel across locations as required.
