- Responsible for Sales Budget, Business Growth, Share of Business, Introduction of
New Product Lines, managing performance of Carbide Products and ensue Product
Profitability.
- People performance Management, Goal Setting, People Development.
- Building Sales focused through marketing activities & product trials through FSEs.
- Managing & developing KAM & OEM networking to grow business.
- Achieving sales targets for carbide products in the National Market. This includes
developing and implementing effective sales strategies, analyzing market trends,
identifying growth opportunities, and driving the sales team to achieve revenue goals.
- Managing relationships with key customers, re-establishing relationships with
previously lost customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- This includes understanding customer needs, addressing their concerns, negotiating contracts and pricing agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to fulfil customer requirements.
