Role Overview

Age Well is looking for a proactive and well-organized
Administration Staff
member to manage front-office coordination, documentation, vendor interactions, and daily administrative support across the team and the wellness centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle front office tasks including calls, emails, guest coordination, and scheduling.
  • Maintain administrative records, documentation, and inventory logs.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and support teams.
  • Assist leadership with office operations and basic HR support tasks.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre and office.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum
    2 years
    of experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Strong communication, organization, and task coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation practices.
  • Professional, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
