Territory Sales Manager

NoBrokerHood is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to drive B2C sales and expand our market presence. This on-field role is crucial for building relationships with customers and achieving sales targets within a specified territory. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a key role in promoting our services and contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of NoBrokerHood.
- Manage sales pipeline, track leads, and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and forecasts.
Skills and Qualifications
Core Skills:
- Proven experience in B2C sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
Experience and Expectations
- Eligibility: Open to candidates from all educational backgrounds with 1 to 4 years of experience.
