Sales and Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to optimize strategies and achieve targets.
- Territory Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and other key partners.
- Identify potential new markets and customers to drive business growth.
Retailer and Distributor Engagement
- Conduct regular visits to retailers and distributors to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Conduct regular audits at retailers and distributors to ensure FIFO and avoid expiry of our stocks.
- Collaborate with distributors to ensure effective product availability, visibility, and optimal stock levels.
- Market Analysis and Reporting
- Track competitors activities, market trends, and consumer demands, and provide insights to the sales team.
- Analyze and interpret the data to create more opportunities and to build a sustainable business model
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, including performance, feedback, and recommendations for improvement.
Promotional Activities
- Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and special sales initiatives.
- Ensure in-store branding, merchandising, and promotional material placement is done effectively.
Training and Development
- Train and mentor distributor staff and field sales teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies.
- Requirements:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.; Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a high-pressure environment.; Ability to analyze data and implement the findings/correcting the work path.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
