Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales within the designated territory, managing customer relationships, conducting training sessions, and leading sales teams. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Experience in delivering Training and leading sales teams
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
