Role Description
As an Territory Sales Manager (
Andhra Pradesh and Telengana
), you'll play a pivotal role in driving STATOM MOBILITY's presence in the region. You will lead,build and motivate a sales team, build strong dealer and distributor networks, and execute sales strategies that fuel growth. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys building relationships, and is eager to grow with a brand that is transforming the cycling industry.
Qualifications
Proven experience in
BICYCLE
industry is
mandatory
in Sales Management and Team Leadership
Strong customer relationships in the market.
Strong skills in Developing Sales Strategies and Achieving Sales Targets
Excellent Customer Relationship Management capabilities
Market Analysis and Reporting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams
