Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving defined sales targets in the assigned region. Daily tasks include identifying business opportunities, training and mentoring sales staff, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring high standards of customer service, and implementing effective sales management processes. This role requires collaboration with various teams to drive growth and meet organizational objectives. Qualifications - Strong Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members effectively - Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies and meet targets - Experience in Customer Service to build and maintain positive relationships - Ability to train, mentor, and lead a sales team - Analytical and problem-solving skills for performance evaluation and decision-making - Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred - Previous experience in financial services or consumer lending is a plus
