Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

Provide technical assistance to customers onsite and remotely.

Interpret and troubleshoot customer queries effectively.

Maintain thorough documentation of interactions and solutions.

Documentation and Reporting:

Ensure all documentation meets company standards.

Generate reports according to prescribed formats and procedures.

Sales Initiatives:

Engage in sales activities to promote company products.

Utilize technical expertise to effectively showcase product features.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Contribute ideas and initiatives to enhance team performance.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of technical support experience.

Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Knowledge of Tally software preferred.

Ability to work well in a team and willingness to learn.

Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.

Familiarity with CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
