5. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and evaluation.

6. Stay updated with the latest developments in Tally software and soft skills training methodologies.

7. Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and develop training plans.

8. Provide ongoing support and guidance to participants, addressing their queries and concerns related to Tally software and soft skills development.

9. Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
