**Job Title**: Computer Trainer (Tally, Advanced Excel, MSCIT)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teach and Train Students**: Provide comprehensive training in Tally, Advanced Excel, and MSCIT, ensuring students grasp both the theoretical and practical aspects.
- **Develop Training Materials**: Create engaging lesson plans and training materials tailored to different learning levels.
- **Hands-On Guidance**: Offer support and practical guidance to students during hands-on sessions to enhance their learning experience.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest updates and trends in Tally, Advanced Excel, and MSCIT to ensure high-quality instruction.
- **Evaluate Performance**: Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- **Curriculum Development**: Assist in the development and implementation of curriculum improvements to enhance the training program.
- **Collaborative Work**: Work closely with other trainers and staff to provide a cohesive and supportive training environment.

**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Computer Trainer or in a related role.
- **Expertise**: Proficiency in Tally, Advanced Excel, and MSCIT.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of accounting principles, data analysis, and computer fundamentals as they relate to Tally, Excel, and MSCIT.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
