Tally Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on Tally software, covering various aspects of accounting, financial management, and business operations.
- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training materials, presentations, and demonstrations to ensure effective learning and comprehension.
- Customize training programs based on the specific needs and skill levels of participants, including beginners, intermediate users, and advanced learners.
- Assess the training needs of individuals and organizations to determine appropriate training content and methodologies.
- Provide guidance and support to participants, addressing their queries and clarifying doubts related to Tally functionality and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in Tally software and related accounting practices to ensure the training materials are current and relevant.
- Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve training programs, methodologies, and materials.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and participant performance reviews.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and identify areas where additional training or support may be required.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Tally Trainer or in a similar training role, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in working with Tally software, including modules such as accounting, inventory management, payroll, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tally software.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet training deadlines.
- Professional certifications in Tally or accounting-related disciplines will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
