**Tally & Soft Skill - Trainer**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tally and Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training programs on Tally software and soft skills development to our employees and external participants. Your expertise in Tally software and strong communication skills will be essential in providing effective training sessions.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct training sessions on Tally software, covering topics such as accounting principles, inventory management, and financial reporting.

2. Develop and deliver training modules on soft skills, including communication, teamwork, time management, and customer service.

3. Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of participants, considering their skill levels and job requirements.

4. Utilize various training methods, such as presentations, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and group activities, to enhance learning outcomes.

5. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and evaluation.

6. Stay updated with the latest developments in Tally software and soft skills training methodologies.

7. Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and develop training plans.

8. Provide ongoing support and guidance to participants, addressing their queries and concerns related to Tally software and soft skills development.

9. Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Tally Trainer or similar role, with a strong understanding of Tally software and its functionalities.

2. Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

3. Demonstrated expertise in delivering soft skills training, including communication, teamwork, and customer service.

4. Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to customize training programs to meet the needs of diverse participants.

7. Strong organizational and time management abilities.

8. Proficiency in MS Office and training software/tools.

9. Relevant certifications in Tally software and soft skills training are preferred.
