We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced **Soft Skills & Aptitude Trainer** who can effectively train students and professionals in communication, personality development. The trainer will play a crucial role in preparing learners for **placements, interviews, and career readiness** by delivering engaging sessions, practice activities, and assessments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive classroom and online sessions on:

- **Soft Skills** - Communication, Presentation, Business Etiquette, Teamwork, Time Management, GD & PI readiness, Resume building..
- Mentor students through mock interviews, GDs, role plays, and practice tests.
- Create, administer, and evaluate aptitude tests and soft skills assessments.
- Track learner progress and provide personalized feedback.
- Collaborate with placement teams to align training outcomes with recruiter expectations.
- Keep updated with the latest **industry-required soft skills**.

**Core Skills Required**:
**Soft Skills Training**:

- Communication (verbal & written).
- Public speaking & presentation skills.
- Interpersonal skills, teamwork, and leadership.
- Interview preparation & confidence building.

**Soft Skills Required (Trainer’s Own)**:

- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong classroom management and learner engagement ability.
- Motivational and mentoring mindset.
- Patience and adaptability to varied learner levels.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Management, Psychology, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certifications in **Training, Communication, or Behavioral Skills** preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
