**About the Role**

We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate **Soft Skills Trainer** (preferably a lady) to work with youth enrolled in our **Skill Development Centre** as well as children in our **REAP community centres**. The trainer will be responsible for equipping students with essential communication, personality development, and life skills that prepare them for the workplace and for life.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct engaging sessions on **spoken and trade English**, workplace etiquette, grooming, and customer interaction.
- Train students in **interview preparation**, resume building, confidence building, and public speaking.
- Develop and deliver **soft skill modules** tailored to both young adults (skill trainees) and children (slum centres).
- Design activities, role-plays, and group discussions to enhance communication and teamwork.
- Work closely with the skill development team to integrate soft skills with vocational training.
- Mentor students individually where needed, especially those preparing for employment.
- Track student progress and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Graduate / Postgraduate in English, Communication, Psychology, or related field.
- **Minimum 2-3 years of experience** in soft skills training, personality development, or English communication training.
- Strong command of **spoken and written English**.
- Ability to engage with **youth and children from underprivileged backgrounds**.
- Creative, empathetic, and patient teaching style.
- Prior experience in the **hospitality sector** or with vocational training is an advantage.
- **Female professional** with relevant experience.
- Passionate about working with marginalized communities and helping youth build brighter futures.

**Compensation**
- Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
