**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver interactive soft skills training programs tailored to employee/student/intern needs
- Conduct sessions on communication skills, emotional intelligence, time management, teamwork, leadership, customer service, and professional etiquette
- Create engaging training content including presentations, activities, role-plays, and assessments
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance evaluations
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring when required
- Coordinate with HR/training teams to schedule and manage training sessions
- Keep updated with the latest soft skills training trends and methods
- Prepare and maintain training reports, attendance, and improvement records

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Psychology, HR, Education, Communication)
- Proven experience (1-2+ years) as a soft skills/corporate trainer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage and motivate participants
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
