**Position: Soft Skills Trainer**

**Experience: 2 to 5 years**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deliver soft skills training programs.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and tailor content accordingly.
- Facilitate engaging workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to align training with organizational goals.
- Update training materials regularly to reflect best practices and current trends.
- Maintain records of training sessions and participant progress.
- Support onboarding programs by incorporating soft skills elements.
- Encourage a learning culture within the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or a related field
- Proven experience as a soft skills trainer or corporate trainer (2+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, presentation tools, and e-learning platforms.

**Salary**:10,000 to 40,000 per month (Depends on Experience)
